Social Emotional Wellness Group (S.E.W.)

Social Emotional Wellness Group (S.E.W.)

Our Social Emotional Wellness Club focuses on emotional regulation, cognitive flexibility, “getting unstuck,” and friendship skills. Skills are taught through discussion, hands-on activities, games, and art projects. Participants learn how to deal with every stress and navigate friendships in a healthy and productive way. Your child will learn the skills necessary to handle disappointment, anxiety, and frustration and HAVE FUN doing it!! Teachers and parents rave about the positive changes they see in the classroom and at home. Your child will leave with skills that will help them today and well into adult life. Help your child get ahead of the difficult teenage years. Grades 1st – 5th. This program utilizes a mixture of a research-based curriculum along with our combined 30+ years of working with children. In order to provide the safest environment for our participants, our groups are limited to 5 each. We request participants to wear masks and wash hands frequently. Sanitizing and disinfecting of all materials and surfaces is routinely practiced. Payment plans and scholarships available.
